CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through constantly varied workouts. This style of functional training, which does not specialize in any one particular thing, is designed to build a body that is capable of practically anything and everything.
WHAT WE OFFER
- CrossFit Certified Coaches with some who are certified in Olympic Weightlifting
- Rogue Equipment designed to handle the demand of CrossFit Training
- CrossFit classes that start as early as 5:00 AM and run through 6:30 PM Monday- Friday, as well as a Saturday class that begins at 9 AM

- You have use of CrossFit ZHF (CrossFit Zone) , Zone Health and Fitness health club, and access to all of our other programs
